Pluss HQ for multi site operators
One standard across every village.
Pluss HQ sits above each village's Community Manager. Head office publishes once to every community, sets the standard for every site and compares sites side by side. Each village keeps its own events, maintenance and app.

Operators using Pluss in Australia and New Zealand
"Very helpful for onsite management. A lot of our villages are quite spread out. Being able to just instantly communicate with people with news and updates was incredibly useful."
"What's stood out is the collaborative approach. Pluss have been incredibly responsive and open to feedback, based on how residents are actually using it day to day."
Running many villages
Four multi site problems
One message, many versions
Head office sends a policy update. Each village retypes it, and the wording drifts.
No view across sites
To see which villages are engaged, someone logs into each site or asks each manager.
Every new village starts again
Settings, user types and workflows get set up from scratch for each new community.
Off brand at one site
One notice that's off message at one village reflects on the whole brand.
In Pluss HQ
Six HQ tools
Cross-site content
Publish news, updates or alerts from HQ and they appear in every community you select. Local managers see them. Retract a post from one place.
Content library
Approved templates, such as welcome messages, seasonal notices and event formats, that site managers copy and localise.
Site Builder
Start a new community from a template you've approved. Features, user types, workflows and branding carry over, and each one can change.
Linked configurations
Link a site to HQ settings and every update flows to it. Unlink a site when it needs to differ.
Cross-site analytics
Pick any mix of communities and compare engagement, adoption, news posts and maintenance volumes in one view.
Enterprise HQ
A layer above each site's Community Manager. Your portfolio team publishes, reports and manages users without touching site admin.
How we roll out
Our five rollout stages
- Governance and design. You decide who posts what: HQ, site staff and residents.
- Readiness. We answer 30 questions with you before launch, from roles and access to staff device policies.
- Build and brand. Each community gets its app in your brand, with workflows set to how your teams work.
- On-site onboarding. We come to each site and register residents in person.
- Embed and grow. We keep supporting each site with its engagement data after go-live.
Setting up the system takes days. We train your staff and residents, so each community is live within weeks.
Security and systems
Hosted in Australia, ISO27001:2022 certified
Pluss is built and hosted in Australia, and your data stays onshore. Access controls keep HQ, site managers and residents separate, so no resident sees another community's information.
Pluss connects with CRMs, finance systems and asset management platforms, and with clinical and care systems for aged care operators.
Questions
Questions operators ask
Can each village keep its own brand?
Yes. Each community can have its own branded app, with its own name, colours and content.
Can a village change something HQ has set?
Yes. Unlink the site from the HQ configuration when it needs to differ. Link it again later if you want.
Can HQ take a post down from every village?
Yes. Retract it from HQ and it comes down from every community it went to.
Do village managers lose control of their own content?
No. They still run their own events, maintenance and resident messages. HQ posts sit alongside theirs.
How do we add a new village?
Site Builder starts the new community from a template you've already approved. Features, user types, workflows and branding carry over, and each one can change.
Where is our data held?
In Australia. Pluss is built and hosted onshore and is ISO27001:2022 certified.
Does it connect to our other systems?
Pluss connects with CRMs, finance systems and asset management platforms, and with clinical and care systems for aged care operators. Tell us what you run and we'll cover it on the demo.
How long does it take to set up?
Setting up the system takes days. We train your staff and residents, so each community is live within weeks.
We work with your corporate team so decisions and setup happen once. Every community then rolls out on time, on the same blueprint.
