On Monday, Jim records Joan Patel's notice on Villa 7. Pluss starts the notice period clock and puts the exit inspection on his list.
The same morning, Catherine in sales sends Helen Thompson her move-in documents for Villa 25 by email and text.
On Tuesday, both records show the documents were opened. Joan's son David checks the app and sees Notice Given. Helen sees Pre Move-In. Nobody has had to chase anyone.
